Patio cost depends on four things: the square footage, the material, how much digging and grading the site needs, and how easy it is to get equipment into the yard. Steps, curves and built-in features add to the price. We give you a written price after we see the yard, so there are no surprises. How Long Does a Patio Take?

Timing depends on the size of the patio, the amount of site prep and the weather. We give you a schedule with your estimate and keep you updated if rain moves the start date.

How We Build Your Patio

1. You call or send the quote form.
2. We visit, measure and talk through how you want to use the space.
3. We send a written estimate with the layout and material.
4. We excavate, grade for drainage and build a compacted base.
5. We lay the pavers or stone, set the edges and fill the joints.
6. We clean up the site and walk through the finished patio with you.

Yes. We level the area first, often with a retaining wall and steps, then build the patio on the flat section.

Can you replace an old concrete patio?

Yes. We remove the old concrete, rebuild the base and install pavers or stone in its place.
